history | Current Rates News On October 17, 1984, the U.S. Department of Commerce published the antidumping order of barium chloride from China. The Department of Commerce determined that Chian National Chemicals Import and Export Corporation(SINOCHEM) were dumping barium chloride in the United States. The Department of Commerce calculated rates of 14.5% for SINOCHEM and 14.5% for all others. With years' administrative reviews, the PRC-wide Rate keeps increasing. Current PRC-wide Rate was 155.50%.
