Scope:
For purposes of this order, the products covered are natural honey, artificial honey containing more than 50 percent natural honey by weight, preparations of natural honey containing more than 50 percent natural honey by weight, and flavored honey. The subject merchandise includes all grades and colors of honey whether in liquid, creamed, comb, cut comb, or chunk form, and whether packaged for retail or in bulk form.

The merchandise subject to this order is currently classifiable under subheadings 0409.00.00, 1702.90, and 2106.90.99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).

Although the HTSUS subheadings are provided for convenience and U.S. Customs Service (U.S. Customs) purposes, the Department's written description of the merchandise under investigation is dispositive. 		                                                                                                                                   History | Current Rates
All Respondents Preliminarily Determined Part of China-wide Entity, Assigned $2.63 per kg antidumping duty rate in review affecting December 1, 2007, through November 30, 2008 entries
 On December 23, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce published the Final Results of its antidumping duty administrative review of honey from China.  The Department of Commerce determined that Anhui Native Produce Import and Export Corp., Inner Mongolia Youth Trade Development Co., Ltd., Qinhuangdao Municipal Dafeng Industrial Co., Ltd., and Wuhu Qinshgi Tangye were not cooperative, and thus assigned antidumping duties base upon an adverse inference of the facts.  The Department of Commerce calculated rates of $2.63 per kg for Anhui Native Produce Import and Export Corp., Inner Mongolia Youth Trade Development Co., Ltd., Qinhuangdao Municipal Dafeng Industrial Co., Ltd., and Wuhu Qinshgi Tangye, for all shipments of these companies that entered in the United States between December 1, 2007, through November 30, 2008.
