Case Number: A-570–804 Anniversary Month: June Rates: PRC Wide Rate - 93.54 - % Scope: The merchandise subject to this antidumping duty order is sparklers from the PRC. Sparklers are fireworks each comprising a cut-to-length wire, one end of which is coated with a chemical mix that emits bright sparks while burning. Sparklers are currently classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule (‘‘HTS’’) of the United States subheading 3604.10.00. The HTS subheading is provided for convenience and customs purposes. History | Current Rates News On September 29, 2005, in the second sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce published the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of sparklers from China. The Department of Commerce determined that China was dumping sparklers in the United States. The Department of Commerce calculated rates of 41.75%-93.54% for respondents. In 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated the third sunset review for sparklers from China.
