On December 17, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce published a partial rescission of its antidumping duty administrative review of Changshu Xinsheng Bags Producing Company, Ltd., under the countervailing duty order on laminated woven sacks from China. Changshu Xinsheng Bags Production Company timely withdrew its request for review, and, because it was the only party to request a review of Changshu Xinsheng, the U.S. Department of Commerce has rescinded the review of Changshu Xinsheng Bags Production Company. Because Changshu Xinsheng Bags Production Company did not receive its own rate in the antidumping duty investigation, the December 3, 2007, through December 31, 2008 entries of its merchandise will be liquidated at the all-others rate, 226.85%. The review will continue for Zibo Aifudi Plastic Packaging.
